Terms of Use

Conditions for Access and Engagement

By accessing Veritas Labs’ website or materials, users agree to the following:

   Users may not present Veritas content, tools, or materials as their own or use them for unauthorized commercial purposes.

2. Restricted Use of Intellectual Property
   The Veritas Method™, Veritas Tool Suite™, names, trademarks, system descriptions, architecture diagrams, and documentation are protected.
   Unauthorized reproduction or derivative systems are prohibited.

3. Institutional-Only Engagement
   Certain materials (technical documentation, verification tools, regulatory briefs) are released only to verified institutional entities.

4. Prohibited Activities
   Users may not attempt to:

   • Reverse engineer proprietary systems

   • Circumvent access restrictions

   • Misuse materials in ways that misrepresent Veritas Labs

   • Deploy unverifiable or misleading claims referencing Veritas technology

5. No Warranty for External Use
   All materials are provided “as is” for informational purposes unless governed by a separate license agreement.

6. Jurisdiction
   Legal engagements are governed by applicable jurisdictions aligned with Veritas Labs’ corporate and nonprofit entities.

Veritas Labs maintains alignment with global regulatory and legal frameworks in:

Institutional deployments of Veritas tools are subject to separate licensing agreements with specific compliance guarantees.

The Veritas Method™ and related systems are proprietary inventions of Veritas Labs and the Veritas Foundation.
